At Ka-wyy, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Because we work with trusted suppliers from Australia, the USA, China and other regions, your items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. This allows us to offer a wide range of products while keeping our prices affordable.

New Zealand & Internationally
Processing Times
Once your order is placed, it is sent to the relevant supplier for fulfilment.
Processing times:
2–5 business days (varies by supplier and product)
Custom-printed or personalised items may require slightly longer.
We’ll notify you by email once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
Because we work with multiple suppliers, shipping times vary depending on where the item is sent from.
Australia-Based Suppliers
3–8 business days
International Suppliers (USA, China, UK & others)
7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, seasonal demand, or courier issues outside our control.
Multiple Parcels
Your order may arrive in multiple packages, even if items were purchased together.
This is completely normal and happens when products are fulfilled by different suppliers.
Each parcel will have its own tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link (or multiple links if items ship separately).
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update once dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside Australia, customs fees or import taxes may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s customs office.
Address Errors or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Ka-wyy is not responsible for:
Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Lost parcels due to incomplete or incorrect address information

Pre-Order & Out-of-Stock Items
If a product is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock:
You will be notified at checkout or by email
Shipping may take longer than usual
If you prefer, you can request to cancel before the item has shipped
