At Ka-wyy, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. As many of our items are made to order or fulfilled through third-party suppliers, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.


No Change of Mind Returns

Ka-wyy does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size

Preference for a different colour, style, or fabric

Items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements

We strongly encourage customers to refer to the size guides provided on each product page before placing an order.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

To process a replacement or refund, please email help@ka-wyy.com with:

1. Your order number

2. A clear description of the issue

3. Photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Items Lost in Transit

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, we will investigate with the relevant courier or supplier.

Replacements may be issued for orders confirmed lost by the shipping provider.

Please note that delivery delays alone do not qualify for refunds.


Incorrect Address Provided

Ka-wyy is not responsible for:

Failed deliveries

Lost packages

Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible if your order has already been processed by the supplier.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Intimates and lingerie

Sleepwear bottoms

Bodysuits

Socks

Personalised or custom-made items

Sale items

 

Refund Processing Times

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing times:

Ka-wyy approval: 2–5 business days

Bank or payment gateway processing: 3–10 business days

Total time may vary depending on your financial institution.
